Westbrook Brewing Company opened in early 2011 in Mt. Pleasant South Carolina. The 18,000 plus square foot brewery, owned by husband and wife Edward and Morgan Westbrook, is quite impressive and allows plenty of room for growth. Its location is conveniently off of Interstate 526 in Mt. Pleasant, just a short fifteen-minute drive from Downtown Charleston. The journey for Edward Westbrook began a few years prior when he discovered his passion for home brewing around 2005. At this time he was attending Furman University, and was brewing at least once per week. Fast-forward to present day, and the brewery has enjoyed national recognition for its fantastic and diverse offerings.
